QPAC – family holiday fun

 With Queensland’s primary school students just weeks away from starting their Christmas holiday break, Arts Minister Rachel Nolan is encouraging children and their parents to start adding holiday offerings from the Queensland Performing Arts Centre to their festive calendar.

 Angelina BallerinaWith Queensland’s primary school students just weeks away from starting their Christmas holiday break, Arts Minister Rachel Nolan is encouraging children and their parents to start adding holiday offerings from the Queensland Performing Arts Centre to their festive calendar. “The Queensland Performing Arts Centre has developed a fantastic program of holiday offerings for the family,” Ms Nolan said. “The Fairy Tales and Fantasy program is serving up a wonderful collection of performances over December and January kicking off with one of the world’s favourite ballets, Swan Lake, being performed by Queensland Ballet.

“Younger members of the family will love brother and sister duo Charlie and Lola who are brought to life in a magical mix of puppetry and music, in the stage show, the Best Bestest Play. “Tickets are also available for the world premiere of Christmas in Lazy Town, a stage production of the hugely successful television show – Lazy Town.” In the New Year Angelina Ballerina will return to QPAC in her new show Angelina Ballerina’s Big Audition.
