What’s warming up winter in Perth this July

We take a look at some of the offerings Perth theatre companies have to warm up winter this July.

This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing

Presented by Barking Gecko Theatre Company, as part of its July school holiday program, This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl does Nothing, tells the tale of three sisters abandoned by their father in the forest.  Confronted with an uncertain future, one decides to walk her way around the world, one decides to do the same but in the opposite direction, and one decides to stay where she is.

After 20 years of exploring the sisters reach their destination. Written by Finegan Kruckemeyer this modern day fairy tale is an epic tale about the search for happiness, self and a place to call home.
