Muriels Wedding original cast recording released online today

The widely anticipated original cast recording of Sydney Theatre Company and Global Creatures’ production of Muriel’s Wedding The Musical has been released online today.

Featuring songs by Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus & Stig Anderson (originally written for ABBA) and original musical and lyrics by Kate Miller-Heidke & Keir Nuttall the album was released online this morning on iTunes and Spotify for streaming and purchase.

The cast recording will be available on CD for purchase in stores soon, with 19 January 2018 slated as the expected release date.

The album features performances by the outstanding original cast led by Maggie McKenna, Justine Clarke, Helen Dallimore, Madeleine Jones, and Gary Sweet.

Muriel’s Wedding is currently playing its premiere season at the Roslyn Packer Theatre until January 27 at Sydney Theatre Company.

He is also a performer, most recently appeared in the Australian tour of Mamma Mia! and previously in the Australian/NZ tour of CATS and Enda Markey's acclaimed production of Blood Brothers.
