Aladdin, which has been playing at Sydney’s Capitol Theatre since August 2016, is set to transfer to Melbourne’s Her Majesty’s Theatre in April while Kinky Boots will strut out of Her Majesty’s and into the Capitol Theatre at the same time.

Kinky Boots producer Michael Cassel has confirmed the Cyndi Lauper musical’s third tour city will be Brisbane, with a season scheduled at the Lyric Theatre QPAC from 22 August 2017. Disney Theatricals have not yet announced further tours for Aladdin, which is expected to sit in Melbourne for at least four months.

Pre-sale for Kinky Boots’ Brisbane season commenced today and will go on general sale 9am this Wednesday 29 March.
