Go behind the scenes of the Aus Ballet, Melbourne

Time In Motion - Tutu Torso

The Australian Ballet is celebrating its 50th year in 2012, and Arts Centre Melbourne will be hosting a special exhibition which revisits memorable moments from the company’s history.

From today (Saturday 9 June) until Sunday 23 September, visitors to the Arts Centre Melbourne can take advantage of the free exhibition entitled Time In Motion, giving patrons a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process and the history of our national ballet company.

Photos, design, set models and props, costumes, archival performance footage and memorabilia will help celebrate The Australian Ballet’s enduring strength, style and passion for dance.

Free public talks will also be on offer during the exhibition period inspired by the exhibits and The Australian Ballet’s history.
