Great Scott! ‘Back to the Future: The Musical’ Hits the Road: Meet the New Marty and Doc

‘Back to the Future’ fans, get ready to hit 88 mph because ‘Back to the Future: The Musical’ is cruising into a city near you! Leading the pack as Marty McFly is Caden Brauch, with Don Stephenson stepping into the iconic shoes of Doc Brown. Their adventure kicks off this June at Playhouse Square in Cleveland, OH, right after they warm up with some preview shows at Proctors in Schenectady, NY.

But wait, there’s more! This time-traveling extravaganza isn’t just making a quick pit stop; it’s going on a massive tour, hitting over 25 cities including big names like Washington D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. And that’s not even the full list – more cities will be dropping soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

While you’re marking your calendars for this tour, don’t forget the Broadway squad still tearing it up at the Winter Garden Theatre. Since August 3, 2023, Casey Likes and Roger Bart have been bringing Marty and Doc to life, alongside a stellar cast that’s truly out of this world.

This musical is a heart-pumping ride through time, complete with a storyline by Bob Gale (yeah, the original film’s co-creator), and tunes by Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard that’ll have you dancing in the aisles. Remember ‘The Power of Love’ and ‘Johnny B. Goode’? They’re in there, too, alongside some brand new tracks.

Directed by Tony Award winner John Rando, with a dream team design crew and choreography that’ll knock your socks off, ‘Back to the Future: The Musical’ is the show you don’t want to miss. So, get ready to experience all the thrills, laughs, and magic of the 1985 classic, live on stage. Stay tuned for more casting news and get ready to book those tickets. This is one musical adventure that’s guaranteed to be, well, timeless!
