MICF: Stephen K Amos – The Laughter Master
While Amos is always a charming and likeable performer, The Laughter Master is a slightly disappointing affair.
For someone who has toured around the world for so many years, it is disappointing to see Amos rely on old jokes and cue cards to help him along. For a brand new viewer, the show is likely to be highly enjoyable, as Amos is generally able to connect well with his audience members, especially those in the front row who he ends up gently heckling over the course of the night.
Despite these issues, Amos’s natural stage presence means he will always be a performer who can pull a crowd.
