MICF: Rose Callaghan, Rose Before Hoes

Honest, likeable and delightful crass, Rose Callaghan’s first solo show explores what it’s like to be a single 30-something woman with ADHD.

Over the course of the show, Rose jumps between numerous stories that highlight both her battle with ADHD and her dating adventures, including lunchtime booty calls, the origin of ‘resting bitch face’ and the joys of online dating. While talking about online dating may be a common theme now for female comedians, Callaghan’s outlandish stories prove why such a topic works well.

Not afraid to heckle the hecklers and admit when she’s made a mistake on stage, Callaghan’s self-deprecating sense of humour lends itself to what is an entertaining and slightly chaotic hour of comedy.
