Your Sunday Afternoon Zen: Josie Lane sings “Wasn’t it Good?”

Do you know Josie Lane? She’s appeared in Avenue QPriscilla Queen of the Desert, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and, most recently, Miracle City at the Hayes as well as starring in Squabbalogic’s Mystery Musical, Bye Bye Birdie.

Australian actress and singer Josie Lane

If you were lucky enough to have a ticket to Lane’s new show at the end of the Hayes Cabaret Season, you wouldn’t have been disappointed.

In Asian Provocateur, Lane’s sharp script and beautiful, sure voice won over the crowd.

If you haven’t come across Lane yet in your travels, don’t worry – here’s video of her singing a Tina Arena classic – “Wasn’t it Good.”

It’s just the thing for this Sunday afternoon.

Enjoy!
