Yothu Yindi honoured in new NIMA Hall of Fame display at the Australian Music Vault

The Artists Lab Presents: Dance Advanced is a prestigious event organised by The Artists Lab, a prominent artistic exploration and innovation hub based in Sydney, Australia.

Following the huge success of their Musical Theatre Workshop “The Ultimate Broadway and West End Experience” earlier in the year, they are now offering dancers and choreographers an opportunity to delve into cutting-edge dance and artistry.

Event Highlights:

• Dance Advanced brings together Australia& premier dancers and choreographers, along with international experts, to explore the forefront of dance and artistry.
• Esteemed dance instructors and choreographers such as Kelley Abbey (Oscar- Winning Choreographer), Thomas Egan (Director of the Australia Tap Festival), and Simone Sault (Director and Choreographer, Broadway/West End) will be part of the event.
• Participants will have the opportunity to gain deep insights and invaluable knowledge in five essential dance forms for theatre.
• The event will offer a unique chance to understand what creative teams look for during auditions for musical theatre shows. Director and choreographer Simone Sault will guide participants through this aspect.

Participants will receive high-resolution footage of their work, which they can use for their showreels.
Agents and industry professionals will be invited to the final showcase, providing participants with potential networking opportunities.

Prerequisites & Requirements:

• Participants should have a minimum of three years of dance experience.
• There is no age limit, but the event is recommended for advanced dancers.
  Participants should bring tap shoes, jazz shoes, chorus heels, and appropriate dancewear.
