After a sneak peek teaser yesterday, the full trailer for the upcoming film adaptation of In The Heights was released this morning.
Based on Lin-Manuel Miranda’s award-winning musical, the film stars some familiar theatrical faces including Anthony Ramos (Hamilton, In The Heights) as Usnavi, Daphne Rubin-Vega (Rent, Les Miserables) as Daniela, Olga Merediz (In The Heights) reprising her role as Abuela Claudia, and Lin-Manuel Miranda himself as the Piragüero. The film also stars Leslie Grace, Corey Hawkins, Melissa Barrera, Jimmy Smits, Gregory Diaz, Stephanie Beatriz, Noah Catala, Dascha Polanco, and Marc Anthony.
The film is set to be released in 2020.
