Matilda The Musical is the brain child of Aussie singer, composer and performer Tim Minchin and is already enjoying successful seasons in London and New York. The Australian production opened on Thursday 20 August at Sydney’s Lyric Theatre to rave reviews and has been enchanting audiences ever since. Tickets are currently on sale in the harbour city until Sunday 31 January 2016 after which the production is set to transfer to Melbourne for a season at the Princess Theatre on Spring Street from March 18, 2016.

Starring James Millar, Elise McCann, Marika Aubrey and Daniel Frederiksen in the principal adult roles and Molly Barwick, Sasha Rose, Georgia Taplin and Bella Thomas in the leading role of Matilda, this beautiful, heartwarming and clever musical will surely be celebrating several hundred more performances in the coming months!
