The Ultimate DIVAS Collection heads to Brisbane in Rock! Pop! Opera! ft Paulini, Mirusia & Angie Narayan!

ROCK! POP! OPERA! is set to soar in this exhilarating, nostalgic, and transportive experience by reliving the biggest and most iconic songs from the world’s greatest Divas! Celine, Whitney, Adele, Beyoncé, Tina, Mariah, Diana, Barbara, Sarah Brightman, Eva, Cher, Madonna… brace yourselves for the most explosive diva moment to ever hit Brisbane’s QPAC on Sunday, August 7 for two shows: 2pm and 7.30pm!

Starring Australia’s ‘Princess of Pop’ – Paulini, internationally renowned Soprano, Mirusia, and ‘Soul Mama’ ultra-powerhouse Angie Narayan together with an electric 11-piece band, featuring ‘All Together Now’ champion Lai Utovou with Rachel Everett-Jones Utovou – this show will be unlike anything you’ve heard before!

Foot-stomping ROCK, chair-groovin’ POP, awe-inspiring OPERA – each song is a masterpiece! Expect soaring vocals, epic arrangements, lush harmonies, all wrapped up in layers of musical goodness!

Hot off the heels of her groundbreaking performance of ‘We Are One’ at the 2022 Eurovision Australia Decides Contest, platinum-selling artist, Paulini has been heralded as one of the finest vocalists and performers to come out of Australia.

This Fijian born songstress was barely in her 20’s as we watched her shine through the lens of the first series of Australian Idol and her career has continued to blossom as the star of stage and theatre taking the lead of musicals The Bodyguard, Saturday Night Fever, Hair, and Chess the Musical. Add to that a string of double-platinum solo albums and singles under her belt, and the incredible success of both Young Divas and the touring ensemble Ladies Of Jazz, Paulini is firmly established as one of Australia’s favourite singers.

Mirusia is one of the most sought-after sopranos in the world. Mirusia studied opera at Griffith University’s Queensland Conservatorium in Australia and at the age of 21 was announced as the youngest ever recipient of the prestigious Dame Joan Sutherland Opera Award. After graduation, her career blossomed when she toured the world as star soprano with famous Dutch violinist André Rieu, who dubbed the songstress as the “Angel of Australia”, whom she continues to tour with. Mirusia’s latest #1 ARIA Charting album ‘Songbird’, showcases the music that has inspired her journey to become one of the world’s most highly applauded classical cross-over artists.

2004 Australian Idol stand-out, where she was dubbed Australia’s ‘Soul Mama’ by the most critical of judges Ian Dickinson, and the lead from the smash hit, R.E.S.P.E.C.T- the earth-shattering ‘Aretha Franklin’ experience, Angie Narayan undoubtedly is the strongest soul voice that Australia has heard! It is not hard to understand why Angie continues to captivate a vast audience! Her family’s Fijian/Indian background, with roots in gospel music, has been a key influence and driving factor in her career.

For two performances only, get in quick as this ultimate Divas experience will SELL OUT!
