Simon Phillips to stage First Wives Club musical, USA

The Sydney Morning Herald have reported that Australian director Simon Phillips (Love Never Dies, Priscilla) will direct the stage adaptation of 1996 comedy movie The First Wives Club in the USA.

Slated to open in Chicago and transfer to Broadway in the 2015-2016 season, this is big news for Australia and big news for Broadway!
