Voting for Project X – Broadway Unplugged and AussieTheatre’s open mic competition – has been running hot this week, but there are only 5 more days to select a winner from the first two heats so if you haven’t voted, you’d best get cracking!
Project X is a new and exciting musical theatre competition designed to identify and support talented new musical theatre performers, providing them with live performance opportunities and invaluable industry exposure.
At Broadway Unplugged’s Open Mic Night, members of the community (both professional and non-professional) are welcome to take to the stage and perform our their favourite tune in a supportive environment. Eligible participants can enter Project X for the chance to win a fully produced cabaret show at the Vanguard, a professional headshot package, promotion on AussieTheatre.com and other wonderful prizes.

The next Broadway Unplugged event will take place at Slide Lounge, Oxford St on Monday 27 August. Featured artists will be announced next week, and it is sure to be a wonderful evening!
