NIDA invites Australians to apply with online sessions

NIDA today announced a schedule of virtual online information events to highlight the broad range of courses available for students in 2022.

From its world-renowned acting course to directing, writing, design, costume, props, scenic construction,  stage management, technical production and cultural leadership, NIDA provides students with a range of opportunities to undertake industry-relevant study as a pathway to the Australian arts and creative industries.

NIDA CEO Liz Hughes Said:

Creative careers and skill sets have never been more important for the evolving cultural sectors and to enable new futures.

We are in a time of huge shift across technology and innovation in the arts and screen world. NIDA gives emerging leaders and creators the chance to learn the essential skills and master what it takes to have an extraordinary career across a diverse range of industries.

This year there is no application fee to apply to NIDA, giving more people the opportunity to apply. There are also many scholarships on offer. We hope to break down entry barriers to give more talented people from around the country the chance to study here and fulfil their dreams.

The sessions will take place over the next few weeks and can be accessed here nida.edu.au/info-sessions
