MYSTIQUE – A JOURNEY BEYOND REALITY Starring Michael Boyd

Prepare to be amazed when internationally acclaimed illusionist and Australia’s Got Talent finalist Michael Boyd brings his jaw-dropping, mind-bending magic and illusion show, MYSTIQUE – A Journey Beyond Reality, to Sydney’s State Theatre for two shows only on Friday 11 June.

 

 

Direct from Las Vegas and crafted by the same team behind the legendary David Copperfield Mystique will feature the jaw-dropping Deadly Scorpion Illusion—a $50K robotic contraption that features Michael dicing with death under a swinging 2-metre buzz saw blade and a venomous scorpion tail.

The show also includes the Double Levitation Illusion—never seen in Sydney.  A dancer rises to dizzying heights as Michael flies across the State Theatre in a Peter Pan-style flight, defying gravity in this spectacular illusion.

The Scorpion:

Expect unbelievable escapes, levitations, and transformations, dazzling special effects, and mindblowing disappearances that will leave you questioning reality itself. Plus, direct from Las Vegas, and crafted by the same team behind the legendary David Copperfield, witness Michael’s most deadly and heart-stopping contraption.

Boyd:

The show was not all about the illusions. Adding to the magic are spectacular dancers who have worked in Moulin Rouge with routines and costumes that rival any Las Vegas review, with feathers, sequins, jewels and more.
