MJ Musical – Thriller Live – will tour Australia

It has been confirmed that Thriller Live – a spectacular theatrical production celebrating the career of the world’s greatest entertainer, Michael Jackson – will be touring Australia from December this year.

After 6 years on London’s West End, Thriller Live will head down under for performances in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney featuring a company of 45 international and Australian performers, musicians and crew.

The show features over two hours of non-stop hits from pop to rock, soul to disco in a show that pays homage to Michael Jackson’s legendary live performances and the magic of his 45-year musical history.

Thriller Live has enjoyed a sell-out UK arena tour and a world tour, playing over 3000 shows across the world to more than 3 millions fans. Australia will now join the list of 28 countries to have enjoyed the production which features Jackson’s hit numbers ‘ABC’, ‘Can You Feel It’, ‘The Way You Make Me Feel’, ‘Smooth Criminal’, ‘Beat It’, ‘Billie Jean’, ‘Bad’, ‘Rock With You’, ‘Dangerous’, ‘Heal The World’, and ‘Thriller’ plus many more!

Originally conceived and created by Adrian Grant (a long-time associate of Michael Jackson himself and author of Michael Jackson – The Visual Documentary), the Australian tour of Thriller Live is produced by The Flying Music Company, Ambassador Theatre Group, BB Promotion and Lunchbox Theatricals in association with Adelaide Festival Centre and Arts Centre Melbourne.

Thriller Live combines high-energy choreography and dancing, eye-popping video footage and a myriad of effects. Plus dazzling costumes, sequins and hot pants, not to mention that signature white suit and glove.
