Mad March Hare Theatre 2012 season begins with Still

Sydney’s Mad March Hare Theatre company will start their 2012 season next week with an intimate production of Still.

Written by award-winning playwright Jane Bodie, Still is an unsettling, personal look at the complexities of human relationships. A series of eight monologues comprise the piece, exploring failed intimacy, sexual tension, anxiety, and desire.

A collaborative project, Still is being brought to the stage by five versatile and established directors (Fiona Hellenan-Barker, Cathy Hunt, Lara Kerestes, Scarlet McGlynn, and Jessica Tuckwell) who have cultivated between them and gritty and urban setting.

Still won the Green Room award for Best Writing and 2002 and will be running for six shows only, so bookings are a must.

Cast: Kimberley Hews, Matt Hyde, Beccy Iland, Kellie Jones, Luke McKenzie, Amelia Ryan, and Ben Wood.

Still will be playing at the Old 505 Theatre, Surry Hills
March 20 – 25

Tickets available at Moshtix
