Lucy Maunder is one of musical theatre’s brightest stars. Recently she’s played Rizzo in the national tour of Grease and Cinderella in the Victorian Opera’s production of Into the Woods.
Now her Irving Berlin cabaret, Songs in the Key of Black is returning to Sydney, playing at the Hayes Theatre.
Written by Nicholas Christo, directed by Neil Gooding and with musical direction by Isaac Hayward, the cabaret brings to life the shadowy alleys and darkest dive saloons of Old New York City.
Relax this afternoon with a taste from the cabaret: Lucy Maunder, singing “Pack Up Your Sins.”
Catch Songs in the Key of Black at the Hayes from 7 April – 12 April 2015. For tickets and more information visit www.hayestheatre.com.au.
