Perth audiences glimpse a View from the Wings: Perryman and Johnston tribute

Tod Johnston and Trudy Dunn will pay tribute to their parents in View from the Wings.

Performers Jill Perrymand and Kevan Johnston are one of Australia's most loved (and loving) theatrical couples, having performed on stages across the country for many years.

t a spectacular view of the showbiz world, and in a special Morning Melodies tribute concert at Perth's His Majesty's Theatre the siblings will share their unique view of life in the theatre – from the wings.

Through songs closely associated with their parents’ years as performers Tod and Trudy will take audience members on a sentimental and funny journey to give you a glimpse of their unusual childhood with the assistance of musical director Sue Bluck.

Matt is a past owner of AussieTheatre, working as digital director from 2011 to 2019. He is also a performer, most recently appeared in the Australian tour of Mamma Mia! and previously in the Australian/NZ tour of CATS and Enda Markey's acclaimed production of Blood Brothers. As well as performing Matt keeps himself busy in the digital side of the arts working with web design agency Emptyhead Digital
