Jan van de Stool is going to get the music in you for a strictly limited December season

Finally! The smash hit show from Queenie van de Zandt, I Get the Music in You, an evening with Jan van de Stool, is making a return just in time for Christmas at the NIDA Parade Theatres.

This is the gift you get for that theatre friend you can never buy for. It’s also the gift you should get yourself, because this is the last time we’ll see Jan van de Stool for at least twelve months, as creator Queenie van de Zandt is heading to Melbourne to star in the new musical spectacular King Kong.

Set at Woy Woy Scout Hall, I Get the Music in You sees International Musical Therapist Jan van de Stool hosting day one of her One Day Beginners Course ‘Open your Throat, Open the Door.’ Jan, a Dutch/Australian, flogs her DVD, books and CDs under the guise of healing; it’s a combination that’s set to be briming with hilarity.

Nominated for a Melbourne Green Room Award and a Sydney Theatre Award, I Get the Music in You has been critically acclaimed since its inception in 2005.

Season opens on 5 December and runs through to 14 December. For bookings visit www.ticketek.com.au.
