Inside the Australian Ballet, Episode 6 – Dressing the Ballet

The Australian Ballet have released Episode 6 of their 10 part web series, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of our National Ballet Company.

This behind the scenes episode gives us a glimpse inside the wardrobe department at the Australian Ballet, as designer Hugh Coleman describes his Swan Lake design concepts with Senior Artist Amy Harris.

Harris tries out her Swan Maiden tutu in the studio while after the costumiers painstaikingly fashion sequins, pearls, brocade, and tulle into stunning creations.
