Queensland Theatre Company and Matrix Theatre open their doors at the Billie Brown Studios July 3-5 to present the Family classic, Treasure Island, a delightful affordable family live theatre performance.
Written by Robert Louis Stevenson and adapted for the stage by Helen Howard and Michael Futcher, the new show stars Thomas Larkin and Joss McWilliam exercising their already seasoned chops to play all of the 16 characters.
Fun for the whole family this magical tale explores the themes of adventure, coming of age, role models and best of all, overcoming your fears.
After its successful season in Brisbane, the show will take to the road touring to Regional Qld, WA, NSW and VIC so keep your eyes peeled for this stunning play to be coming your way, thanks to the arts touring program, Playing Australia.
