Australia’s leading theatre producer is set to present a stage version of the classic 1982 film An Officer And A Gentleman.
Stage Whispers reports in its January 2010 issue that following a workshop in November, John Frost is now keen to move the show into a full production phase.
“I am thrilled to report that the workshop was very successful and we will be actively looking for a home for this show,” Frost told Stage Whispers.
The film version starred Richard Gere, whilst the musical adaption has original music and originates from America.
Frost has most recently produced a revival of Chicago and is behind the blockbuster success of Wicked.
