Evita audition registrations close today

If you are considering auditioning for Evita the Musical, you’d better get in quick.

Last week, Opera Australia and John Frost announced that Evita would return to Australia, opening at the Sydney Opera House in September 2018, with rehearsals commencing mid-August 2018 in Sydney.

Auditions for the production will be held in Melbourne and Sydney in early September this year, and to be considered for an audition you must register through the auditions.evitathemusical.com.au website by midnight tonight (20 August, 2017).

Currently the producers are seeking auditionees for the Eva alternate, Che, Peron, Magaldi, Mistress and Ensemble singers and dancers.

More information, character requirements and audition preparation details are available on the Evita audition site.
