Beginner At Life has had productions in North America and Europe, and features Sydney actress Donna Brooks, reprising her critically acclaimed performance of 2008 at the Tap Gallery.
There are just three performances – 8pm on Monday, April 26 and Monday, May 3 at the Newtown Theatre and Sunday, May 9 at the Bondi Pavilion – and all will raise funds for the Butterfly Foundation, supporting Australians with eating disorders.
While in Australia Alana will also be directing rehearsed open readings of the two sequel plays that make up “The Eden Trilogy” – Fear & Desire and Black Fire/White Fire.
