Set to preview from March 27 and open April 21, 2015, Dr Zhivago will be directed by Des McAnuff, who led the Australian production starring Lucy Maunder and Anthony Warlow in 2011. John Frost remains a producer.

On Broadway, Zhivago will be played by Tam Mutu (Love Never Dies on the West End) and Kelli Barrett (Wicked Broadway) will be Lara. Tom Hewitt (Dracula) will play Viktor Komarovsky and Paul Nolan (Once Broadway) will be Pasha Antipov.

Additional casting will be announced at a later date.
