Freya has worked for The Daily Telegraph (Sydney) as an Arts/Entertainment journalist, for Twilight at Taronga in publicity, at the Sydney Opera house and the Kings Cross charity, The Wayside Chapel. She is currently a New York based marketing and events manager working with clients including the New York Yankees, the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Her brand new column ‘Live From New York’ will be a brisk and fun wrap-up of the latest on Broadway, how it affects the Australian market and the excitement and drama of the world’s premiere theatre community.
“As a former journalist and consumer of the Australian theatre scene, I think the trends and topics from Broadway have an undeniable impact back home”, she said.
