The first track from brand new musical An Officer And A Gentleman has been released for download from musical’s official Facebook fan page. The .mp3 file will only be available for another 40 hours (until February 4) – but with permission from the producers, the video clip below will remain in this article.

This special youtube clip features the beautiful vocals of music theatre star Amanda Harrison as she sings “If You Believe In Love The Way I Do”, written by Kenny Hirsch and Robin Lerner.

Co Produced by John Frost and Sharlene Cooper Cohen, An Officer and a Gentleman is set to open at Sydney’s Lyric Theatre on Friday 18 May, 2012.

Matt is a past owner of AussieTheatre, working as digital director from 2011 to 2019. He is also a performer, most recently appeared in the Australian tour of Mamma Mia! and previously in the Australian/NZ tour of CATS and Enda Markey's acclaimed production of Blood Brothers.
