Ainsley Melham returns to ALADDIN on Broadway

Australia’s Ainsley Melham is returning to Broadway for yet another season of Aladdin!

Having originated the title character in the Australian Production and completing a subsequent Broadway run in 2019, Ainsley is heading back to Broadway in a few weeks to reprise his rambunctious street rat role.

Joining Ainsley are Michael James Scott, reprising his role as the Genie (after also originating the role in the Australian production), and Marina Pires (On Your Feet!), who will be making her Broadway Debut as Princess Jasmine.

Aladdin has seen incredible success globally. The show has been playing on Broadway since its 2014 opening, and has since seen productions in Germany, Japan, London, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. It’s also currently playing in Japan and touring through the U.S.
