Join Flying Arts Alliance Inc as our RAF Program Lead! We are seeking a dedicated individual to plan, deliver, and promote the Regional Arts Fund (RAF) Program. This role includes overseeing competitive grants, engaging with community and the arts sector, and ensuring program success.

Flying Arts Alliance seeks to support and grow the life-long practice and appreciation of the visual arts and regional arts for Queenslanders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the RAF Grants Program.
  • Administer grants, manage enquiries, and maintain online forms via the SmartyGrants platform.
  • Coordinate panel assessments, meetings, and communication with applicants.

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in arts administration, business, or similar.
  • 3-5 years experience in state or national grant programs or engagement programs.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of regional, rural, and remote Queensland.

Location: Judith Wright Arts Centre, Brisbane Status: 3 days per week, initial 6-month contract Salary: $60,000 per annum, pro rata (exclusive of superannuation)
