Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a Midweight Multimedia Designer to assist our ANZ Customer Experience Solutions team in branding and content creation. Someone with a creative flair who wants to utilize their digital / design experience to assist our customers in their visual design. This will include going onsite to scope, design, and implement the visual design and content.
You will also be responsible for, but not limited to, supporting the ANZ Customer Experience Team with digital, print, online, and multi-media-based projects that assist in delivering engaging and professional messages to customers, sales staff, and internal staff.
Combining static and motion design capabilities, and knowledge of digital communication platforms such as web and email marketing, the successful applicant will be required to support creative projects from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do
- 0-2 years of design and developing visually engaging content for print and digital media including, flyers, presentations, web displays and social media.
- Provide graphic design support for all tradeshows and events
- Uphold brand guidelines and procedures – attention to detail and deadlines paramount
- Scope and assist with the design and setup of our digital products including but not limited to our mobile app, kiosk and console.
- Design PowerPoint and Indesign templates that support the ANZ Customer Experience (CXS) team
- Create motion graphics & animations to demonstrate product use, provide training to customers and aid with promotional material.
- Assist in the filming process and manage post-production and editing to ensure a high-quality output.
- Develop rapport with customers and collaborate onsite to scope, design and implement the visual design and content required.
What We’re Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in Multimedia, Graphic Design and Web design is desirable
- Advanced skills in the Creative Cloud Suite with knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong PC/Mac skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Film and photography skills are desirable.
