Your role

As our IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be the go-to person for our day-to-day operations and performance of IT services, ensuring outsourced IT vendors and partners deliver on their contracts and perform to a high standard. Acting as the primary escalation point in this area, you’ll manage the key relationships, activities and processes relating to delivering high quality IT services to meet Creative Australia’s expectations and needs.

Here’s what it looks like:

  • Ensure our day-to-day operations of IT managed services are seamless and efficient
  • Mange the relationship with our IT vendors and partners to ensure the services delivered are in line with contractual obligations and established service level agreements and meeting performance expectations
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to develop and maintain IT processes and procedures
  • Conduct security reviews and risk assessments on new digital platforms and third-party services, ensuring that risks are mitigated in line with the organisation’s risk management framework
  • Work together with the Director IT on IT procurement, forecasting and expenditure, ensuring solutions and services align with organisational requirements
  • Be a trusted advisor to the organisation and internal stakeholders, providing IT expertise and insights
