Kill Your Darlings magazine seeks an experienced and energetic Head of Digital Strategy to grow our online magazine readership, membership base, enews subscriber numbers and participation in other literary programs and editorial services.
Reporting to and working closely with the publishing director, this role will suit an innovative team player keen to make their mark in an ambitious and growing arts organisation.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Enhancing audience engagement with KYD magazine and converting more readers to members
- Improving social media strategy, engagement and optimising audience conversion to sales
- Growth in participation in KYD’s additional editorial programs
Salary: $100,000 pro rata (0.8 FTE) incl. 11.5% super
