About The Role
As our in-house Graphic Designer, working across the entire group, this role is responsible for the leverage of our existing brand guidelines and assets across our digital channels and website, sales and customer collateral, presentation materials and support of internal and external events.
Reporting to the Marketing & Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Creating engaging design and creative execution, from brief, for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing and media promotions.
- Designing, developing and maintaining websites and landing pages using Webflow, ensuring exceptional UI/UX.
- Producing research content, e-brochures, and print design in line with our brand identity.
- Working across all design requirements as a brand champion.
- Effective management of external suppliers including external design partners, printers, photographers, 3D renderers and technology partners
- Providing precise and constructive feedback to external partners while ensuring timely delivery of on-brand assets such as videos, animation, 3D renders, and photography
- Overseeing and developing video marketing activities.
- Working with tools including Webflow, Adobe Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects to bring creative ideas to life.
- Digital Asset Management including cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of DPN’s digital assets such as digital photographs, animations, videos, music, renders and design files
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Corporate Leadership Team to ensure design projects align with overall business objectives.
About You
You will succeed in this position because of your creative expertise, experience and excellent communication skills, matched with ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
You will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience in similar role and the ability to create multi-channel campaign outcomes. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines is essential and experience in multimedia production is preferred.
Experience with luxury brands and/or premium property marketing is preferred but not essential.
