ROLE OVERVIEW

The ARTRAGE Facilities role will assist all departments with facilities management, maintenance, inventories and storage across all activations and events with a focus on storage, asset improvement and compliance.

This Facilities role requires a passion for organisation, storage and maintenance processes and procedures with extensive material, consumables and equipment knowledge.

This is a challenging, fast-paced role at the heart of Production Department and will suit a candidate with extreme attention to detail and a high-quality oversight of health and safety procedures.

ROLE DUTIES

General

  • Assist the Production Manager with purchases and infrastructure deliveries and collections across all ARTRAGE activations and events.
  • Assist all ARTRAGE departments to create activation schedules with a focus on the effective transport of all interdepartmental infrastructure to and from sites and storage locations.
  • Schedule and maintain all compliance related infrastructure and equipment across all ARTRAGE facilities.
  • Ensure all staff have appropriate access to required tools, safety equipment site infrastructure and venues.
  • Create effective vehicle management and monitoring processes.
  • Assist all departments with storage and inventories of infrastructure.
  • Inventory all Production items pre, during and post events and provide extensive documentation related to the location of all infrastructure housed at ARTRAGE facilities or storage.
  • Complete facilities maintenance and improve assets as required.
  • Ensure workshops are always safe, clean and organized.
  • Alongside the Logistics Coordinator, develop and maintain allocated design, build, and preferred supplier documentation files.
  • Maintain existing tools and complete maintenance as required across all ARTRAGE facilities, activations, or events.
  • Source quotes and work to allocated budget lines and process accounts payable as required.
  • Comply with all ARTRAGE financial controls and procurement procedures and processes.
  • Ensure working practices adhere to ARTRAGE Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and with broader Health & Safety regulations.
  • Contribute to debriefs post event or activation and ensure documentation is up to date.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of festival related infrastructure, equipment, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise, interact and communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent administrative skills and the ability to implement and maintain efficient records and management systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
  • Creative, resourceful, and positive attitude towards problem solving and experience with implementing improved processes.
  • Material knowledge and experience.
  • Ability in material calculations and construction techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • WA Driver’s License (C Class minimum)
  • White Card (High Risk Work License)
  • Forklift Ticket (High Risk Work License)

  • Working at Height (High Risk Work License)
  • Test and Tag License
  • Senior First Aid
  • HR License

LOCATION

The role will operate from the ARTRAGE HQ Office (616 Hay St Mall, Perth.)

The ARTRAGE Warehouse is in Wangara. The ARTRAGE Container Storage yard is in Maddington.

This is also an active on-site role and will be based across all relevant ARTRAGE Event sites when required.
