About the Role As our Exhibition Design & Photography Lead, you will provide conceptual, creative, and design services to further develop and implement the MRAG brand, Exhibitions and programs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver innovative and high-quality graphic designs across various platforms and technologies, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.

A day in the life of this role will include creating design solutions across traditional and contemporary media, interpreting briefs to create visual concepts and designs for projects including exhibition & public programs materials and publications that can work across a range of mediums including print and digital.

You will coordinate MRAG’s creative photographic schedule, including; studio photography in our very own onsite photographic lab, MRAG collection documentation and a range of environmental photography. In addition, you will facilitate digital marketing asset creation and delivery including front end website design, online advertising, electronic direct media, social media, exploration and implementation of new design technologies.

About You You are a passionate and creative designer ideally with a degree in Visual Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field, or extensive contemporary experience. You will hold a strong portfolio showcasing your experience across various mediums including photography, graphic design, print and digital platforms.

Along with being the subject matter expert, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence positive outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders. Your high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Benefits This is a temporary full-time role working 35 hours per week with a base salary ranging from $88,510 up to $98,246 per year based on demonstrated experience + 11.5% p.a superannuation.
