As part of the Arts and Culture Services Unit, the role supports the Programming and Events teams to deliver projects that enhance, develop, and promote the City of Kingston as a major centre for arts, community and cultural events, industries and innovation.
The role
We are seeking a Box Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Coordinator CRM & Ticketing, your role is to:
- Provide excellent front line customer service.
- Coordinate all ticketing services for programmed and hire events using Vivatickets (ENTA) ticketing software.
- Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the wider team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a passionate creative team to enhance cultural offerings for the Kingston community.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-level customer service in a fast-paced diverse environment.
- High attention to detail, high level of communication, and ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience in cash handling and EOD financial reconciliations.
- Ability to demonstrate the City of Kingston’s values of;

This is a part-time position, hours and days are flexible, must be able to work weekend and after hours depending on the needs of the business.
