‘Les Misérables’ Continues to Captivate Audiences, Extends West End Run Through 2025

In an exciting announcement for theater enthusiasts, the beloved musical ‘Les Misérables’ has officially extended its stay at the Sondheim Theatre in London’s West End into 2025. This extension comes with a detailed schedule for the 2024 Christmas season, signaling the production’s ongoing success and enduring appeal.

Starring in the current London cast are notable talents such as Peter Jöback, who mesmerizes audiences as Jean Valjean, and Stewart Clarke, who takes on the formidable role of Javert. They are joined by a stellar ensemble including Katie Hall as Fantine, Will Callan as Marius, Amena El-Kindy as Éponine, and Lulu-Mae Pears as Cosette, among others. In a recent update, Milan van Waardenburg is slated to assume the role of Jean Valjean starting 11 March.

The production boasts a comprehensive and talented company, featuring performers like Annabelle Aquino, Hazel Baldwin, and Brad Barnley, to name a few, contributing to the rich tapestry of the show’s narrative and musical excellence.

Produced by the renowned Cameron Mackintosh, ‘Les Misérables’ is the brainchild of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg, based on Victor Hugo’s iconic novel.
