Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat to be transformed into a movie by Amazon Studios

Hold onto your seats, musical fans, because a new film adaptation of the iconic Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, is on its way! The powerhouse team at Amazon Studios will be producing the film, with director Jon M Chu and producer Scott Sanders at the helm. And that’s not all – a brand-new screenplay will be crafted by the talented Daniel Goldfarb.

For those who aren’t familiar with the show, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has been a worldwide sensation, with successful runs on the West End, Broadway, and beyond.
