Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman’s Ghost Stories will return to the West End for a limited season at the Peacock Theatre, running from 30 September to 8 November 2025. A gala performance is set for 8 October.
The thriller follows Professor Goodman, a sceptic who probes three unsettling cases reported by a night watchman, a teenage boy, and a businessman expecting his first child. His investigation pushes the limits of rational explanation.
The cast features David Cardy as Tony Matthews, Jonathan Guy Lewis as Professor Goodman, Clive Mantle as Mike Priddle, Preston Nyman as Simon Rifkind, and Lloyd McDonagh as The Others. Simon Bass and Harry Rundle join as understudies.
Dyson and Nyman lead the creative team with direction from Sean Holmes. Design is by Jon Bausor, lighting by James Farncombe, sound by Nick Manning, special effects by Scott Penrose, and casting by Ginny Schiller. Andy Room serves as associate director, with movement supervision by Lloyd McDonagh, costume supervision by Rebeca Gunstone, and props supervision by Will Edwards.
Audiences are advised that the production contains extreme shock and sustained tension. The show is not suitable for under 15s or those of a nervous disposition.
