Beyond Desire stars the theatre’s namesake Nancye Hayes as well as music theatre stars Chloe Dallimore, Blake Bowden, Tony Cogin and Ross Hannaford. The show is written by Neil Rutherford (book/lyrics) and Keiran Drury (score).

Billed as an Edwardian murder mystery musical (think Downton Abbey and Upstairs Downstairs) this debut musical is the “antithesis of the high octane, large scale International musicals”, according to internationally acclaimed director Neil Rutherford.

“We hope that the sensitive intimacy and ensemble nature of Beyond Desire will enthral and excite audiences who value interesting new musical theatre and its ability to challenge and reward them with its material, gripping storyline and outstanding performances”, he said.

Enter the competition now to win a DOUBLE PASS to see the very first performance of this exciting new work – and Nancye Hayes’ first performance in the Hayes Theatre – on Friday November 21.

Competition closes Friday 14 November at 6pm AEDT. Winners will be notified via email/phone.
