Win a double pass to The Rap Guide To Evolution, Melbourne

AussieTheatre are thrilled to be giving away a Double Pass to see New York-based rapper Baba Brinkman in his Off Broadway smash The Rap Guide To Evolution!

Rap Guide to Evolution

Following a sold-out five month season in New York City, Brinkman is touring his provocative, hilarious, intelligent (and scientifically accurate!) show and Melbourne audiences have the chance to witness his wit, poetry and charisma for just two days (June 6 and 7) at Arts Centre Melbourne!

Complete with a live DJ (Jamie Simmonds) and epic audio-visual show, Brinkman performs his own clever original pieces, as well as re-workings of popular rap singles to illustrate natural selection, sexual selection and evolutionary psychology – what better way to educate you audience than to combine the facts of evolution and origins of hip-hop culture with beats and rap?

After seeing Brinkman’s internationally acclaimed Rap Canterbury Tales, Professor of Microbial Genomics Dr Mark Pallen (author of The Rough Guide to Evolution) challenged the rapper to ‘do for Darwin what he had done for Chaucer’. The rest, as they say, is history!

Enter our competition to win the DOUBLE PASS to see this incredible show on June 6 at 6:30pm.

Competition closes Friday May 30 at 6pm AEST. Winners will be notified by email/phone.
