Directed by former Artistic Director and CEO of Sydney Theatre Company, Wayne Harrison, with set and costuming by ingenious designer Anna Gardiner, the new production has an exceptional cast including Jack Finsterer (Kokoda), Sandy Gore (Uncle Vanya, Australia and TV’s Prisoner) and Yalin Ozucelik (TV’s Gallipoli).

Featuring shadow puppets and brilliant lighting design by Matt Marshall, SHELLSHOCK is an unusual love story of an Australian teenager and his tortoise friend, Herman, the oldest living survivor of the Gallipoli campaign.

When a newspaper article reveals the surprising identity of this last survivor, fourteen year old Tom, his father Jack, and feisty grandmother June become embroiled in a drama that takes them to the other side of the world, in search of answers and the true origin of Herman.

SHELLSHOCK is the third show at Riverside Theatres in 2015 to commemorate the Centenary of ANZAC. It promises to be a highly entertaining and uplifting experience for audiences of all ages!

Competition closes 24 July at 6pm AEST. Winners will be contacted via email/phone.
