Cinema Live’s season of the world’s greatest stage musicals has come to cinemas across Australia for 2024 including Titanic, The Musical. Based on the real people aboard the most legendary ship in the world, Titanic the Musical is a stirring production, focusing on the hopes, dreams and aspirations of her passengers, all innocently unaware of the fate awaiting them.

Titanic is one of my favourite musicals, (although it is more like an opera, in my opinion.)
I flew up to Sydney to see the Australian production, as I feared that it would not make it to Melbourne as advertised. I was, sadly correct.
I also saw the production at Chapel off Chapel, an excellent minimalist version, and beautifully sung.
I am very keen to see this new London production, as I have heard glowing reports.
I thoroughly enjoyed My Favourite Things last month at Hoyts Victoria Gardens, and applaud this bold move to show these marvellous Musicals on the big screen!
