War Horse Premieres tonight, Melbourne

AussieTheatre’s War Horse photo feature celebrates the beauty and depth of this magical production.

The much anticipated Australian Premiere production of War Horse opens this evening in Melbourne after an extensive three month rehearsal period, and a host of celebrities are set to attend the glittering New Year’s Eve event including Tim Minchin, Josh Thomas, Shane Bourne, Marty Fields and John Safran.

The opening performance of War Horse at Arts Centre Melbourne’s State Theatre will be followed by a celebratory party at the ANZ Pavillion from 10:30pm.

War Horse has been previewing since 23 December and has already extended its Melbourne season due to the enormous demand for tickets. Seats are now on sale until March 3 and the show will tour to Brisbane and Sydney throughout 2013.
