Sneak Peek: Violet Photo Feature
The Australian premiere of Violet officially opens tonight at Hayes Theatre Co, and we are thrilled to be bringing you a special photo feature with production shots from the show.
Starring Samantha Leigh Dodemaide in the titular role, Violet is a musical with book/ lyrics by Brian Crawley and music by Jeanine Tesori and will be playing at Hayes Theatre Co until 20 December 2015.
With show-stopping anthems ranging from American roots to folk to gospel, it follows a truly original woman who on her quest across America for divine intervention finds a very different kind of salvation. If Chekhov, Lena Dunham and Aretha Franklin conspired to write a musical, this would be it.
