Nothing can stop the music of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) – not COVID19 and certainly not a cold snap that has us all reaching for our Ugg boots and thermal leisure suits!
Today at 10am the QSO released the next musical instalment in the Queensland Style Series, and this time it’s an ode to Winter in July – Tchaikovsky’s March of the Toys from the Nutcracker.
The eternal anthem of Christmas has been performed by QSO musicians in their lockdown-inspired “Queensland style” and this time, they have invited their friends from the Queensland Ballet for the experience. The result is a YouTube sensation!
So break out the Eggnog, grab some tinsel, unbox that toy solider and ready yourself for The Nutcracker, Queensland Style!
