The seductive gypsy, Carmen, leaves men panting for more. Foresworn to “freedom,” she can be embraced, but never possessed and her fate lies inextricably in the cards. Dimity Shepherd and Tania Ferris alternate the role of Carmen in this production. Below are some images by Robin Halls from the Melbourne Opera production.
